Direct Messages

Topics

If you're an admin or just a user, you can create topics with people anytime. All you need to make a topic conversation is a title and members to add.

 

Topic conversations include group members, but you can also add people with just their phone number or email.

A direct message is a private 1 person to 1 person conversation. Direct messages show up under your conversations.

Topics Directory

The topics directory displays all active and inactive (archived) topics. You can join available conversations and view the information for conversations here. Click on the "Topics" button to get to the directory.
